Tips Before you visit Grand Palace
The scammers generally tell you that the Grand Palace is closed. To convince you they point to the closed doors on the sides of the palace as if they were proof that the palace was closed, but in fact, those side doors are always closed. The only entrance is at the front. They then show you a map and try to convince you to go with them in their tuk tuk to another attraction. They even say that some of those locations are "only open today!" This is false. Palace is open. Check the hours before you go and don't listen to anyone who tells you the palace is closed. Go to the entrance and see it for yourself before you decide to go anywhere else.
